La collezione Miu Miu Noir Sunglasses si ispira a una silhouette sofisticata, forme anni quaranta a dettagli moderni, diventando l’espressione creativa di una nuova attitudine di stile. L’inusuale accostamento del metallo all’acetato, dell’effetto lucido all’opaco, infondono un’eleganza estremamente moderna alle linee sinuose della montatura, mantenendo un sapore vagamente retrò.

Madonna  wears the new Miu Miu Noir Sunglasses Collection at the 68th edition of the International Cinema Festival in Venice.
The Miu Miu Noir Sunglasses collection is inspired by a svelte silhouette, a 40’s shaped frame with a modern touch which become a creative expression of a new aptitude in style. The unusual combination of metal and acetate, from shiny to opaque, inspire an extreme touch of elegance to the sinuous contours of the frame, maintaining a vaguely retro taste.

Da Pavia a Parigi: un viaggio di lusso.
Oggi ho avuto il piacere di incontrare ed intervistare Antonio (Toni) Belloni, Direttore Generale LVMH, Moet Hennessy – Louis Vuitton nel Cortile delle Statue dell’Università di Pavia, in occasione dei 650 anni della fondazione dell’Ateneo.I suoi racconti, i suoi consigli e le sue infinite esperienze, mi hanno decisamente incantata.

From Pavia to Parigi: a journey of luxury.
Today I had the great pleasure of meeting and interviewing Anotnio (Toni) Belloni, General Director LVMH, Moet Hennessy – Louis Vuitton in the Courtyard of Statues at the University of Pavia, on the occassion of the 650th of the Ateneo Foundation. His tales, his advice and his infinite experiences definately enchanted me.

In che anno si è laureato e in che facoltà ?
Mi sono laureato nel 1978 in Economia
In what year did you graduate and in what subject?
I graduated in 1978 in Economics
Crede che l’Università di Pavia e anche la città di Pavia le siano in qualche maniera rimaste nel cuore?
Certo che si , sono stati anni di crescita , amicizie ed emozioni bellissime . Pavia e’ associata ad un pezzo di vita , ed e’ anche una bellissima citta’ con caratteristiche tipicamente italiane e misura d’uomo.
Do you think that the University and the city of Pavia have remained close to your heart?
Ofcourse, they were importants years for growing up, making friends along with many beautiful moments. Pavia is linked to a part of my life, and it is also a beautiful city with typical italian characteristics and of human scale.
 Le era mai venuta l’idea di fare un “pellegrinnaggio” puramente sentimentale alla ricerca del suo tempo passato in Università?
Senza parlare di pellegrinaggio, direi che non appena ho una scusa torno volentieri , come ho fatto ieri , per re immergermi in un pezzo di vita.
Have you ever thought of making a trip down memory lane back to the University?
Without talking of a trip down memory lane, I must say that as soon as I have the opportunity, I happily return, as I did yesterday. It is a way to return to a piece of my past life.
Oggi parlarà agli studenti nel Cortile delle Statue “Da Pavia a Parigi:un viaggio di lusso”. Ci racconta un aneddoto particolare?
Fare I’ll mio primo viaggio in Giappone con Bernard Arnault e scoprire che passa sistematicamente 90% del tempo nei negozi . Oppure ricevere ogni sabato un breve rapporto delle sue visite ( ogni sabato!!!!) dei negozi parigini dalle 11 alle 16.In fondo, se lo fa il quarto uomo piu’ ricco del mondo ….deve essere importante !
Today you will talk to the students in the Courtyard of Statues “From Pavia to Paris: a journey of luxury”. Can you tell us a particular anecdote?
My first trip to Japan with Bernard Arnault and discover that he systematically passes 90% of his time in the shops. He also receives a report of all his visits to the Parisian shops (every saturday!!) between 11 and 4. Afterall, if the fourth richest man in the world can do it…..it must be important!
Quanti pezzi pregiati del luxury italiano parlano francese?
Per I’ll nostro Gruppo Fendi, Rossimoda, Pucci , Bulgari. Per altri, Gucci, Sergio Rossi, Bottega Veneta . Sicuramente ne dimentico qualcuno. Ma sottolinerei che, se la proprieta’ e’ francese, i brands e le organizzazioni restano rigorosamente italiani.
How many italian luxury brands have been bought by the french?
For our group there are Fendi, Rossimoda, Pucci, Bulgari. For others, Sergio Rossi, Bottega Veneta. I am sure I have forgotten a few. But I’d like to underline, if the owner os french, the brands and organisation remain strictly italian.
 Quanti negozi monomarca LV esistono nel mondo? Prossime aperture, dove?
LV ha 450 negozi nel mondo. Nuove aperture a Roma, in Cina, Medio Oriente, Asia, ma soprattutto progetti di allargare e migliorare le posizioni che abbiamo. Tra l’altro Roma e l’allargamento di Milano sono super progetti.
How many monobrand LV shops exist in the world? Next openings, are where?
LV has 450 shops in the world. New openings are in Rome, in China, the Middle East and Asia, but they are mainly projects to xpand and impove the already existant locations that we have. Incidentally Rome and the expansion of Milan are super projects.
 L’anno scorso il must-have dell’estate è stata la collezione Blossom ideata da Vuitton e il designer giapponese Murakami. Quale sarà quella di quest’estate?
Lo scopriremo durante la stagione. Quest’anno l’enfasi e’sugli accessori di lusso in cuoio pregiato, e sulla valorizzazione del vissuto della Maison nel mondo del viaggio.
Last summer the must-have was the Blossom collection, created by Vuitton and the Japanese designer Murakami. Which will be this summers?
We will discover this during the season. This years emphasis is on the luxury leather accessories, and on improving the world of travel.
 Credete molto nel commercio on line, e avete per tutti i clienti un servizio esclusivo ovvero personalizzare una borsa in tela monogram con iniziali e bande colorate.
Crediamo nella presenza virtuale come formidabile strumento di comunicazione.Siamo piu’ prudenti con il commercio on line, dove soprattutto cerchiamo di offrire servizi e  personalizzazione – per esempio quella che indica lei.
Do you believe in online commerce, and do you offer your clients the option of personalising a monogram bag with initials and coloured stripes.
We believe that a virtual presence is a fabulous way of communication. We are more prudent with the online comerce, where we try overall to offer services and personalisation – for example the ones indicated by yourself.
Un consiglio per tutti i giovani che vogliono “scalare la strada del successo”. Quanto sono importanti i sogni ?
Certo, fare qualcosa che ispiri, interessi, appassioni e’ la cosa piu’ bella, ed anche il solo modo per potere dare il meglio di se stessi. Un buon inizio per essere contenti e curiosi ogni giorno e se possibile anche avere successo.
A piece of advice for all the youth who want to “climb the ladder of success”. How important are dreams?
Ofcourse the most beautiful thing is to do something that inspires, interests and fascinates you, and it is the only way to do one’s best. A good start is to being happy and curious everyday  and be successful where possible.

Angelo ha inventato e brevettato il bracciale “salva-vita”. Due vetrini concavi, bordati in oro o argento con una chiusura apribile e richiudibile a vite, che possono contenere delle pillole da assumere in caso di emergenza.
Angelo invented and  patented the bracelet called “salva-vita”. Two concave glass charms, bordered with either gold or silver, with an closure which can be opened and closed with little screws, which can contain pills to be taken incase of an emergency.

Oggi visita alla mostra Graphic Design Worlds alla Triennale di Milano…allestimenti e installazioni su 1.500mq ideati dai designer stessi..i più grandi nomi internazionali e italiani ci faranno vivere un percorso ricco di suggestioni sensoriali, capace di offrire ai visitatori nuove prospettive e “lenti” con cui tornare a guardare il mondo della vita quotidiana.

Today we visited the Graphic Design Worlds exhibition at the Triennale in Milan…displays and interior designs set on 1.500sq created by the designers themselves…the biggest international and national names will walk us through a sensorial and suggestive path, which will offer the visitor a new perspective and a “lens” with which to look back at our daily lives.
