Un mito in mostra. Dopo Tokyo, New York, Londra, Parigi e Milano, sarà inaugurata il 18 e il 20 giugno a Pechino e a Shangai la mostra fotografica THE LITTLE BLACK JACKET Chanel’s classic revisited by Karl Lagerfeld and Carine Roitfeld. Oltre alle 113 immagini scattate dallo stilista Karl Lagerfeld (attuale director of fashion della maison Chanel) saranno presenti nuove fotografie che ritraggono Zhou Xun (attrice), Li Yu Chun (cantante pop) e Sun Fei Fei (modella).

A legend on show. Following Tokyo, New York, London, Paris and Milan, on the 18th and 20th of June in Peking and Shanghai, the photographic exhibition THE LITTLE BLACK JACKET  Chanel’s classic revisited by Karl Lagerfeld and Carine Roitfeld will be inaugurated. Apart from the 113 photos shot by the stylist Karl Lagerfeld (the fashion director of the maison Chanel) new photographs depicting Zhou Xun (actress) Li Yu Chun (pop singer) and Sun Fei Fei (model) will be exhibited.

Applicare al mattino a piccoli tocchi sulle quattro zone (fronte, naso, guance e mento) e stendere su tutto il viso. Per una perfetta  protezione, utilizzare prima dell’esposizione al sole e se necessario rinnovare l’applicazione durante la giornata.

LACE AND COLORS

Finalmente il tanto atteso e desiderato sole è arrivato, regalandoci (speriamo per un bel po’), giornate intense di luce. Un outfit ispirato proprio alla bella stagione: decisamente allegro e colorato. Protagonista, l’abito bicolor in pizzo di Sfizio, brand rigorosamente  made in Italy che ho piacevolmente scoperto da poco. Un look facile, fresco e “leggero”, interpretabile a modo proprio e  ideale per svariate occasioni (preferibilmente diurne).

Finally the long awaited and much hoped for sun has arrived, giving us (we hope for atleast a while) lots of bright sunny days. An outfit most definately inspired by the beautiful season: decisively happy and colourful. The protagonist is the bicolour, lace dress, by Sfizio, a rigourously Made in Italy brand, a brand which I have just recently discovered. An easy, fresh and “light” look, interpreted in my own unique way and ideal for a variety of occassions (preferably daytime).

THE CHARM OF A SLEEPING FUN FAIR

Stavolta a fare da scenografia al nuovo outfit, un Luna Park. Nulla di nuovo in tutto ciò, solo che a noi piaceva l’idea che fosse chiuso. Non so esattamente il perché, ma ho sempre trovato in questi posti una sorta di “strano fascino e mistero”.

Un look decisamente street. Uno di quei mood che come si dice… “non passa mai di moda”! Due le vere novità di quest’outfit di cui voglio parlarvi. Le sneakers di P13 Studio (“Una storia scritta con ago e filo”. Queste le parole della creatrice, che si è ispirata alla sua tanto amata nonna, che con infinita passione dedicava gran parte del suo tempo a ricamare col suo inseparabile telaio), in canvas con deliziosi ricami in filocotone e inserti in pelle ai lati e all’interno. E’ già oggetto del desiderio invece la “appena nata” clutch-pad  Fornarina. Si chiama Mia, ed è stata  creata dai designers del brand in occasione del lancio del nuovissimo e-commerce! E’ un’edizione limitata di 100 pezzi disponibile solo on-line. Di giorno è una shoulder bag che si trasforma la sera in una clutch da polso…per diventare ancora una comodissimo porta I-pad per le giornate on the go!  Trovo che sia davvero un’idea davvero attuale e contemporanea. In perfetto stile Fornarina.

E’ stato diverso e divertente “posare” per queste foto. L’atmosfera era “strana” e alquanto retrò. In sottofondo si udivano canzoni, (vere “perle”) del nostro repertorio italiano. Ma non solo, perché c’erano anche dei ragazzi indiani, addetti alle pulizie, che canticchiavano allegramente diversi pezzi che evocano atmosfere musicali in stile Bollywood.

Insomma, se vi va, mentre guardate queste foto, immaginate anche di ascoltare “vecchie” canzoni… il tutto assumerà sicuramente un “tono diverso” 😉

This time, it was a fun fair to set the backdrop. Nothing new in any of this, but we liked the idea that it was closed. I don’t exactly know why, but I’ve always found a “strange appeal and mystery” in these kinds of places.

A decisively street look. One of those looks which never goes out of fashion! There are two novelties about this outfit which I’d like to talk to you about. The P13 Studio sneakers (“A story written with a needle and thread”. These are the creator’s words, who drew inspiration from her old grandmother who spent a lot of her time embroiding on  her loom) are canvas with fabulous embroidery in cotton threads with leather inserts on the sides and inside. On the other hand the recently born Fornarina clutch bag is already an object of desire. It is called Mia and it was created by the designers of the brand in occasion of the new e-commerce launch. It is a limited edition with only 100 pieces available online. By day it’s a shoulder bag which transforms into a wrist-clutch by night…..and which becomes a comfy I-pad carrier for your busy on the go days. I think it’s a modern day brilliant idea. In true Fornarina style.

It was different and fun “posing” for these photos. The atmosphere was “strange” and somewhat retrò. In the background songs could be heard (real jewels), real Italian repertoires. But not only Italian because there were also some Indian guys, cleaners, who merrily sang different bits of songs which evoked a true Bollywood feeling.

So, if you like, whilst looking at these photos try singing some “old” songs…..it will all take on a different feel 😉

IN BARCA IN A VELA CON EMOZIONE3

Una nuova ed entusiasmante esperienza quella che il brand italiano Emozione3, specializzato nelle gift experience, ci ha regalato la scorsa settimana. La mattina di sabato primo giugno a Milano, un pullman ha raccolto noi blogger (con rispettivi bimbi) e giornaliste e ci ha portato al porto di Finale Ligure; prima tappa del tour alla scoperta del mare verso l’isola di Bergeggi. Due splendide barche a vela (di circa 13 metri) con rispettivi skippers a nostra completa disposizione, erano pronte a farci vivere questa entusiasmante avventura, svelandoci gli affascinanti segreti della navigazione. Il tempo non era proprio dei migliori; per questo motivo, ci era stato anticipatamente suggerito un pratico e comodo abbigliamento a “cipolla”. Rigorosamente niente scarpe con tacco, scarpe con suola scura o non pulita: consentite solo ed esclusivamente scarpe con suola in gomma chiara. In barca con noi le mitiche amiche blogger Funky Mamas con i loro vivacissimi bambini Leone e Riccardo. Nel giro di pochissimo tempo i nostri bimbi erano già diventati inseparabili amici… curiosissimi, eccitati ed affascinati da quello che stavano per vivere! Non era la mia prima volta in barca a vela, ma la sensazione che provo è sempre la stessa: pace e libertà. Vele spiegate e vento in poppa. Tutto procede favorevolmente. Un pallido e timido sole, ci ha accompagnato a Capo Noli dove abbiamo ormeggiato per circa due ore. Un delizioso pranzetto prevalentemente costituito da cibi asciutti e salati (cibi pensati appositamente per la barca, che aiutano a prevenire il tanto temuto e sgradevole mal di mare), ma anche da piatti tipici come la pasta con il pesto, ha creato un’atmosfera a dir poco perfetta, quasi surreale. Non mi capita spesso (in realtà è davvero cosa rara), di trovarmi a mio agio e sentirmi realmente rilassata in occasioni tipo eventi, raduni, o cose simili nei quali sono presenti una serie di blogger “variopinte”.

Inutile dire quanto e come ludovico, Leone e Riccardo si siano divertiti. Dei piccoli lupi di mare, disinvolti e assolutamente a proprio agio, nonostante il mare fosse leggermente mosso. Per Loro (ancora privi di influenze mentali) era come stare al parco giochi. Noi adulti (in particolare io e Marcella), in realtà abbiamo leggermente “sofferto” il mal di mare, ma nulla di grave. Tutto perfettamente nella norma! Il ritorno è stato ancora più piacevole dell’andata, è proprio vero: a stomaco pieno si sta decisamente meglio!

Se dovessi dare un voto a questa fantastica gita, (durata circa sei ore, dalle 11 alle 17:30) sicuramente 10 e lode per l’organizzazione, pranzo, disponibilità estrema dello skipper, atmosfera iper rilassata: un’idea regalo originale e decisamente a buon mercato. Il tutto costa infatti 69.00 euro, per due persone.

Emozione3, specialised in gift experience definately gave us a new and enthusiastic experience last week. The morning of the Saturday 1st of June, a coach collected us bloggers (each with respective children) and journalists and took us to Finale Ligure; first stop of the tour was off to sea towards the island of Bergeggi. Two breathtaking sailing boats (around 13 metres long) with respective skippers at our beck and call, were ready to make us live an enthusiastic experience, revealing the fascinating secrets of sailing. The weather wasn’t the best; for this reason we were told head of time to wear comfortable, practical clothing in layers. Rigourously no high heeled shoes, dark soled or dirty shoes: only light coloured soled shoes were allowed onboard. With us on board were the legendary blogger friends Funky Mamas with their lively children Leone and Riccardo. In such a short space of time our children became inseperable friends…..curious, excited and fascinated by what they were living! It wasn’t my first time on a sailing boat, but the feeling I always have is that of peace and freedom. Explanation of the sails given and wind ready at the stern. Everything was running smoothly. A pale and shy sun accompanied us to Capo Noli where we docked for about two hours. A delicious lunch made up of dry and savoury foods (food ideal for boats which help the much feared sea-sickness), but also made up of typical plates like pasta with pesto. It all created a perfect, surreal atmosphere. I don’t often find myself (quite rare actually) at ease and feel completely relaxed at events, rallies or such things where many different bloggers are also present.

Needless to say how much Ludovico, Leone and Riccardo had fun. Small ols sea dogs, relaxed and completely at ease even though the sea was slightly rough. For them it was like being at the park. For us adults however (especially for Marcella and I) to be truthful, we suffered some sea-sickness, but nothing tragic. All quite normal! The return leg was more pleasant than the outgoing leg. It must be said that things are much better on a full stomach!

If I had to give this fantastic trip a grade (it lasted six hours, from 11am till 5.30pm) I would give it top marks for its organization, lunch, extreme willingness on behalf of the skipper, extremely relaxed atmosphere: an original present and well priced. Infact it costs 69 euros for two people.
