Qualche giorno fa, sulla mia pagina facebook Dotgirl, avevo parlato di Ludovica, la dolcissima ragazza dagli occhi profondi e belli. Ma Ludovica Di Bernardo non è semplicemente e naturalmente radiosa; lei ha – dal mio umile ma sincero punto di vista – “quel qualcosa” in più che fa davvero la differenza. Io la chiamo “innata magia”. Questo il primo post ufficiale che parla di lei, anzi del brand che ha creato (presto le dedicheremo una speciale intervista)!
Lola Swing è un marchio fondato nel 2011 ed ispirato dall ‘idea di coniugare lavoro sartoriale di alta qualità, alla raffinatezza delle linee e alla perfezione dei tagli. Ogni capo di manifattura esclusivamente italiana, propone uno gusto raffinato e sensuale, che si esprime grazie alla ricercatezza delle forme con spiccata attenzione per la qualità dei tessuti.
Il risultato è uno stile eclettico, un connubio di eleganza e portabilità; è così che Lola Swing propone il suo gusto: una donna classica e moderna, al tempo stesso romantica e di carattere. Le collezioni rispecchiano pienamente il suo carattere, in parte ancora “nascosto e timoroso”, ma pronto a farsi valere e venir fuori. Vi anticipo che Ludovica è praticamente un’autodidatta e si è totalmente “creata da sola”. In queste foto le sue due ultime collezioni: primavera-estate 2013 e autunno-inverno 2013-14. Io le trovo assolutamente contemporanee, chic e attuali. Spero un giorno di poter indossare Lola Swing. Ne sarei davvero onorata!

But Ludovica Di Bernardo is not simply and naturally radiant; She has, from my sincere and humble point of view, “that something” more that really makes the difference. I call it “innate magic”. This is my first official post which talks all about her, actually of the brand she has created (we will soon dedicate a special interview with her)!
Lola Swing is a brand created in 2011 and inspired to the idea of combining high quality tailoring to the elegance of clean-cut lines and the perfection of the cuts. Each garment is exclusively Italian, and proposes an elegant and sensual taste, which expresses itself thanks to the search of new shapes with a great attention focused on the quality of the fabrics.
The result is an eclectic style, a union of elegance and portability; and hence Lola Swing introduces her taste: a classic and modern woman, but at the same time romantic and with character. The collections fully mirror her personality, which is still somewhat “hidden and shy”, but ready to be be valued and come out. Ludovica is practically self-taught and she “created herself” entirely by herself. These following photos are from her latest collections: spring-summer 2013 and autumn-winter 2013-14. I find them absolutely contemporary, chic and modern. I hope one day to wear Lola Swing . I would be incredibly honoured!
