BURBERRY ACOUSTIC Rae Morris, musicista diciottenne britannica di Burberry Acoustic originaria di Blackpool (http://raemorris.co.uk/), ha registrato in esclusiva un brano in studio che sarà presentato in anteprima come parte della colonna sonora della sfilata. All’inizio della settimana, Christopher Bailey ha presentato su Twitter un video di Burberry Acoustic intitolato ‘Back To Front’ di Rae Morris, registrato ad Hyde Park vicino alla location di sfilata.

BURBERRY ACOUSTIC Rae Morris, an eighteen year old British musician from  Burberry Acoustic, is originally from Blackpool (http://raemorris.co.uk/), and has exclusively recorded a track which will be presented in a special preview as the soundtrack to the fashion show. At the beginning of the week, Christopher Bailey presented the Burberry Acoustic video entitled “Back to Front” on Twitter infront of Rae Morris, taped in Hyde Park not too far from the fashion show location.

MATRIMONIO DA SOGNO : LE TENDENZE DEL 2012 IN UN EVENTO

Si chiama “Matrimonio da sogno”, proprio come il giorno che ogni sposa attende, l’evento pensato dalla wedding planner Susanna Rossi nella bellissima cornice della Limonera, location dalla magica atmosfera nata da un’antica limonaia.
Tante le coppie in cerca di idee tra fiori e allestimenti per la tavola, abiti da sposa, wedding cake e foto. “Si può fare un ottimo allestimento con qualsiasi colore, fiore o soggetto – assicura Susanna Rossi, titolare di Weddings & Events – l’importante è che ci sia armonia”. Ecco quindi le tavole più preziose con le orchidee, quelle più country col rosmarino, altre più colorate con biscottini a forma di wedding cake. E a proposito di torte, è ormai irrinunciabile la torta multipiano che affascina tutti gli sposi. Non solo belle, ma buone, come quelle della Pasticceria Ramperti. L’abito da sposa, nel classico color avorio, diventa sbarazzino con i tagli contemporanei di Irene Hong. E per i ricordi, il trend segue il reportage, più vero ed emozionante, come gli scatti di Moumou Photography.

It is called “Dream Wedding”, exactly like the day that every bride longs for; the event thought up by wedding planner Susanna Rossi in the beautiful setting of Limonera, a magical location born from an old lemon plantation.
There are many couples on the lookout for floral and table-dressing ideas, ideas for the gown, the cake and photos. Susanna Rossi, owner of Weddings & Events assures couples that “You can make any magnificent table-dressing with whatever colour, flower or theme. The important thing is that there is harmony.” Below you can therefore see the most precious table settings with orchids, the more country style with Rosemary, others more colourful with biscuits shaped into wedding cakes. And talking of cakes, the tiered cake, as always charms all bridal couples and it cannot be renounced. Not only are they beautiful, but also delicious, like those made by the Cake Shop Ramperti. The wedding gown, in traditional ivory, becomes fun with contemporary alterations by Irene Hong. And for your special memories, those emotional moments are captured by Moumou Photography.

Debutterà con l’apertura delle sfilate Autunno/Inverno 2012, una limited edition composta da 46 borse uniche e preziose, disponibili in esclusiva nelle quattro più importanti capitali della moda.
Piccoli “gioielli” per dimensioni e artigianalità: 46 modelli, completamente realizzati a mano in 17 diversi abbinamenti e 12 differenti lavorazioni speciali, creano un caleidoscopio di combinazioni e colori.
Materiali preziosi come coccodrillo, struzzo, tejus e pitone sono abbinati a lurex jacquard e sablé, broccato patch e glitter, arricchiti da ricami di borchie e cristalli, secondo un raffinato gioco di contrasti.
Ogni borsa è un pezzo unico, certificato da una speciale card identificativa e da un mini book che mostra tutte le 46 possibili varianti. Il progetto verrà presentato in occasione delle quattro principali fashion week presso le boutique di New York 57th Street e Soho, Londra New Bond Street, Milano Via Sant’ Andrea e Parigi Rue de Saint Honorè.

A limited edition of 46 bags, unique and precious, will debut at the opening of the Autumn/Winter 2012 fashion shows. The bags will be exclusively available in four of the most important fashion capitals of the world.
Small “jewels” of size and craftsmanship: 46 designs, completely made by hand in 17 different matching tones and 12 different elaborations, creating a kaleidoscope of combinations and colours.
Valuable materials such as crocodile, ostrich, tejus and python are matched alongside lurex jacquard and sablè, patch brocade and glitter, embellished with an embroidery of studs and crystals, closely follow a sophisticated game of contrasts.
Each bag is a unique piece, certified by an id card and a mini book which displays all the 46 possible variants. The project will be presented in occasion of the four main fashion weeks in New York 57th Street, Soho London New Bond Street, Milan Via Sant’Andrea and Paris Rue de Saint Honorè boutiques.

Con gli scatti del fotografo Xevi Muntané, Pull&Bear coglie l’essenza del Mediterraneo in una campagna ispirata ai classici del cinema neorealista, agli anni ‘50 e all’atmosfera dell’estate.
Con i modelli Dorte, Mariana Santana, Florian Van Bael, Tom Lander ed il top model brasiliano Marlon Teixeira, la campagna primavera/estate 2012 ci trasporta direttamente all’estate, al cielo azzurro ed ai pomeriggi in spiaggia.
“Here comes the light” unisce elementi contemporanei con reminiscenze proprie dell’immaginario popolare, la fotogra a folklorica e l’universo cinematogra co dell’Italia degli anni ‘30 no ai ’50, in un tentativo di fermare quell’estate in nita ed adolescente che tutti ricordiamo.

Pull&Bear has joined forces with photographer Xevi Muntané to capture the essence of the Mediterranean in a campaign inspired by classic neo-realist movies in authentic 1950s style and mirroring the true spirit of summer.

Ieri sera, con grande entusiasmo, siamo stati ospiti dietro le quinte del musical più coinvolgente che sia arrivato a Milano.
Abbiamo documentato fotograficamente il backstage facendo un incursione nel camerino degli attori protagonisti Mirko Ranù, Adam “Felicia” Simone Leonardi, Bernadette e Antonello Angiolillo, Tick che generosamente si sono offerti per un intervista a tutto campo in deshabillé pronti per il trucco.
Qui di seguito potete ammirare alcuni degli scatti che verranno pubblicati insieme all’intervista nel numero in uscita del Pier Magazine a marzo.

Last night, with great enthusiasm, we were guests behind the scenes at the most exhilirating musical that have ever been in Milan. 
We documented the backstage with photographs and also raided the leading actors dressing rooms. The main actors Mirko Ranù, Adam “Felicia” Simone Leonardi, Bernadette e Antonello Angiolillo, Tick graciously gave us an interview whilst still undressed and ready for their make-up.
