A disegnare la nuova collezione di Gap summer 2014, si riconferma ancora la talentuosa e rinomata designer Rebekka Bay. Il mood in generale è pulito, fresco, essenziale; perfettamente in linea con il conosciutissimo brand americano. C’è un forte richiamo ai mitici anni ’80: stampe all’over con stelle, i caratteristici disegni cachmere, una varietà di tessuti in denim craclè. Anche nei tagli – asimmetrici – c’è un evidente tributo a quegli anni. Non possono mancare le felpe, capo must di Gap, che in questa collezione vengono proposte anche con divertenti stampe Hawaii. Pois e disegni madras su clutch e stringate in tessuto. Nella palette dei colori è evidente una forte predominanza di azzurro, blu e delicati colori pastello.
Rebekka Bay, the talented and renowned designer has once again designed the new Summer 2014 Gap collection. The general mood is clean, fresh and essential; perfectly in line with the well-known American brand. There is a strong calling from the legendary 80’s: all over star studded prints, characteristic cashmere designs, a variety of craclè denim fabrics. Even in the asymmetrical cuts there is an evident tribute to those infamous years. The fleeces, a Gap must-have couldn’t be missing from the collection. They are also proposed in fun Hawaiian prints. Dots and madras designs on clutch bags and fabric lace-up shoes. A strong presence of light blue and delicate pastel shades is evident in the range.
