In occasione del Gala benefico dell’amfAR tenutosi ieri, Mercoledì 8 Febbraio 2012 a New York, Roberto Cavalli ha ricevuto il premio ‘amfAR Award of Courage’ per l’impegno dimostrato nel corso di questi anni a supporto della lotta contro l’AIDS. Il prestigioso premio è stato consegnato allo stilista da Cindy Crawford.

In occassion of the amfAR charity gala which was held yesterday, Wednesday 8th February 2012 in New York, Roberto Cavalli received the “amfAR Award of Courage” prize for his commitment in the fight against AIDS in the course of these years. The prestigious prize was awarded to him by Cindy Crawford.

Due sessi che si “fondono,”senza capire dove finisce l’uno e dove inizia l’altro, non c’è confine, non c’è limite.. Ambiguo, forse , ma in fondo ognuno di noi ha dentro di sè una parte segretamente nascosta e custodita…

This time round, the clothes are not the protagonists of the shoot, but the mood. Two sexes that “blend”  without truly understanding where one starts and the other finishes. There is no boundary, there is no limit….maybe a little ambiguous, but at the end of the day, each and every one of us, deep inside, holds a hidden and well guarded secret……

DOTGIRL for EASTPAK Artist Studio 2012

E’ tornato per la seconda edizione EASTPAK Artist Studio 2012, il laboratorio creativo internazionale che ha invitato oltre 130 artisti ad esprimersi attraverso la personalizzazione dello zaino Padded Pak’r di Eastpak.
Vi ricordo che dal 19 marzo parte l’asta on line sul sito http://artiststudio.eastpak.com/ per acquistare tutte le opere, il cui ricavato sarà interamente devoluto all’associazione no profit Designers Against AIDS (DAA).
Ecco alcune immagini selezionate dallo shooting fotografico all’inaugurazione dell’evento presso l’ XL Combines Milano.

The second edition of EASTPAK Artist Studio 2012 has returned. Its international workshop has invited over 130 artists, designers and creative youngsters from all over the world to express their own creativity via the personalization of EASTPAKs iconic  Padded Pak’r.
Don’t forget that on the 19th of March the online auctions starts on the website http://www.eastpak.com/, where you’ll be able to purchase all the works of art, and all the proceeds will be donated to a non-profit Designers Against AIDS (DAA).
