“Green power”. Questo il mood per la collezione primavera/estate 2012 A-MAZON di A-LAB MILANO. Un realismo selvaggio, la foresta amazzonica, sfida tra uomo e natura, tra reale e immaginario, la forza e la fierezza delle amazzoni coperte di armature contemporanee. Un “ultra mondo”, letto attraverso i colori della natura, dove gli indios si nascondono tra immensi alberi, vivendo tra luci e ombre, questo immenso labirinto verde. 
Ed è proprio tra luci e ombre il luogo dove abbiamo deciso di scattare queste foto: un’antica cantica di un palazzo, dove tutto sembra essere rimasto come allora, dove non manca storia e mistero…. 
A-LAB MILANO, può essere considerata una vera e propria “factory” italiana, all’interno della quale lavorano i due giovani designer: Alessandreo Biasi e Simona Costa. Il loro è, a tutti gli effetti un laboratorio creativo, dove moda e arte si fondono e si uniscono.

“Green Power”. This is the mood for the spring/summer 2012 A-MAZON A-LAB MILANO collection. A wild realism, an amazonic forest, a challenge between man and woman, between reality and immagination, force and the pride of the amazonian people completely covered with contemporary armour. An “ultra world” seen via the colours of nature, where the indios hides themselves amongst the trees, living between lights and shadows in this immense green labyrinth.
And it is exactly between light and dark that we have chosen to take these photos: an antique cellar in a historic building, where everything seems to have remained as it was, where history and mystery do not go amiss….
A-LAB MILANO, can be considered a true italian “factory”, in which two young designers work:  Alessandreo Biasi e Simona Costa. There’s is, to all its effects, a creative workshop, where fashion and art bond and unite.

AL E RO DESIGN GumSquare Collection

Pochi giorni fa, ho avuto l’immenso piacere di vedere in anteprima, la coloratissima collezione dei nuovi modelli di occhiali con montatura quadrata AL E RO GumSquare Collection.
Dopo il grande successo del modello a goccia, gli occhiali da sole di AL e Ro design si propongono per l’estate 2012 con una nuova montatura dalla forma quadrata che ne esalta lo spirito divertente e glamour, una soluzione di stile capace di rallegrare qualsiasi look e di dare vigore a un outfit total color.
Grazie alla loro iconica e “fumettosa” sagoma, la montatura in gomma leggera, flessibile e resistente, le lenti intercambiabili e le aste facilmente intrecciabili, gli occhiali da sole in gomma di AL e Ro design continuano a essere un vero e proprio must per chi ama reinventare ogni giorno il proprio stile.

A few days ago, I had the huge pleasure of seeing a preview of the new AL E RO GumSquare Collection of square framed colourful  sunglasses.
After the huge success of the tear drop shape, AL e RO, for summer 2012 launch a new range with a square shaped frame which highlights its fun and glamourous spirit. A new solution which cheers up any look and gives energy to your outfit.
Thanks to their irony and  cartoon-like shape, the lightweight, flexible and resistant rubber frame, the interchangeable lenses, the easily braided arms, continue to make AL e RO sunglasses a must-have for those who love to reinvent themselves and their look on a daily basis.

CONVIVIO 2012 SERATA INAUGURALE

Questo il quarto e purtroppo ultimo post dedicato a Convivio 2012. Felici e orgogliose, perchè nel nostro piccolo abbiamo contribuito ad aiutare Convivio. L’abbiamo sentito, vissuto, ma soprattutto ne abbiamo profondamente capito il Vero significato: Convivio non è solo un “semplice” evento di beneficenza, ma è Amore Vero, un reale e sentito supporto rivolto alle persone sieropositive e ai loro famigliari, all’informazione e alle prevenzioni. Tutto questo grazie ad una “affiatatissima squadra” composta da persone speciali che insieme alla madrina Franca Sozzani (che dal 1988 è l’anima della manifestazione) hanno donato il loro tempo e i loro cuori ad una causa così importante e speciale.
Ieri serata inaugurale; tantissimi i vip che hanno attraversato il Red Carpet, prestando la propria immagine per promuovere la raccolta fondi. Ovviamente sono stati loro i super protagonisti della serata, che sotto la totale attenzione di luci e fotografi, hanno sfoggiato look da capogiro. Immancabile Anna Dello Russo, meraviglioso il suo abito- gioiello di Fausto Puglisi ( pezzo unico, “prototipo” della prossima collezione). Letteralmente stregata e incantata dall’ innata e infinita eleganza di Niarchos Guinnes Daphne, ogni suo passo, ogni suo gesto, erano classe pura! Molto carino il look “garcons” di Andrea Lehotska, peccato il pantalone un pò troppo lungo. Bello l’abito hippie- chic di Alessia Marcuzzi, che Alessandra Facchinetti ha appositamente creato per lei.
Insomma, i “nostri” vip non potevano non esprimersi meglio. Ci siamo divertite ad ammirarli, commentarli e a volte anche un pò criticarli, perchè ahimè, anche loro commettono qualche piccolo o grande errore 😉
 Tra gli stand più affollati, quello del Vintage, particolarmente “sentito”da tutti, i ricavati infatti aiuteranno i terremotati dell’Emilia colpiti dal sisma di pochi giorni fa.
Per i super ospiti, la serata si è magicamente conclusa con una fiabesca cena di gala.
 “Il  mio saluto finale” alla serata è stata invece una bellissima carrellata di entusiasmanti emozioni, pensieri e riflessioni, che grazie a Convivio ho avuto modo di vivere profondamente e intensamente… Semplicemente GRAZIE ..

This is the fourth and sadly the last post dedicated to Convivio 2012. Proud and happy, because in our small, we were able to contribute to helping Convivio. We felt it, we lived it but more importantly we understood the real meaning: Convivio isn’t simply a charity event, but it is True Love, a heartfelt support aimed towards all sieropositive people and to their loved ones, providing information and prevention. All of this thanks to a tight-knit team, made up of special people, who, together with Franca Sozzani (who since 1988 is the soul of the manifestation) have given their time and hearts to a special and important cause. 
Last night the inaugural evening; many VIPs walked the red carpet, giving their image to promote the cause. They were obviously the protagonists of the evening, who under the high scrutiny of lights and photographers, showed off amazing outfits. An unfailing appearance by Anna Dello Russo, in her breathtaking jeweled Fausto Puglisi outfit (a one-off prototype from his next collection). Literally enchanted by the innate and infinite beauty of Niarchos Guinnes Daphne. Her every step, her every move, were trulyu class and style! Andrea Lehotska’s “garcons” look was very cute, shame the trousers were a little long. Alessia Marcuzzi’s hippie-chic look was beautiful, an outfit Alessandra Facchinetti made exclusively for her.

Our VIPS couldn’t have expressed themselves better. We enjoyed, admired  and commented them, and at times criticized them too, because, even they commit some small or rather large mistakes 😉

Amongst the more crowded stands, in particular the Vintage one, there was a strong feeling felt by all, and all revenue will go to help the earthquake victims in Emilia, who recently were hit by seisms.

For the super guests, the evening magically ended with a fairytale gala dinner.
 “My final goodbye” to an evening which left me with beautiful trolleyfull of enthusiasm, emotions, thoughts and reflections, which thanks to Convivio I had the opportunity of feeling and living a big THANK YOU…..

CONVIVIO 2012 ANTEPRIMA

Ci siamo! Anche quest’anno ritorna la mostra mercato di moda arte e design: torna CONVIVIO. Giunta alla sua XI edizione, Convivio ha saputo fare storia, coniugando lo shopping socialmente responsabile permeato di forti valori di solidarietà e lotta all’indifferenza verso l’HIV, ad un risparmio sull’acquisto di prodotti di grande qualità e valore.
In questo post, un piccolo e umile reportage su alcune delle bellissime cose che potete trovare a Convivio. E’ stato emozionante e speciale poter assistere e partecipare dal vivo ai vari preparativi. Un backstage davvero unico: amore e solidarietà, tutto starordinarimente “semplice” e incredibilmente reale. Il bene esiste! “Lottiamo” e impegnamoci tutti affinchè possa crescere ed espandersi sempre di più, basta veramente poco….

Here we go! Once again the fashion, art and design exhibition has returned: CONVIVIO.
Now at its XI edition, Convivio has made history, mixing shopping with the importance of strong values of solidarity and the endless battle against HIV, adding on savings of high quality products.
In this post you’ll find a brief and humble reportage on some of the beautiful things you’ll be able to find at Convivio. It was extremely emotional and special to assist and participate live to some of the preparations. An incredible and unique backstage: love and solidarity, all extraordinarily simple and incredibly real. Good exists! “Let’s fight” and commit so that it can grow and expand all the more, just a little is needed…..

Per la prima volta lo showroom milanese sarà presente con le ballerine da borsetta Cocorose London all’appuntamento biennale che coinvolge il mondo della moda, del design, del beauty e dell’arte.
Dall’8 al 12 giugno, dalle ore 10.00 alle 22.00, potrete scendere dai vostri tacchi e indossare le fantastiche ballerine pieghevoli Cocorose London nel padiglione 1 di Fieramilanocity, tra le tantissime proposte delle aziende partecipanti. Un modo divertente e responsabile per aiutare la raccolta fondi!
Una storia infinita, tra casa e ufficio, per strade e metropolitane, appuntamenti di lavoro e serate mondane.. et voilà, ecco che dalla trousse compaiono come per magia le ballerine Cocorose London da sostituire ai tacchi vertiginosi! E le scarpine che ci hanno accompagnato per l’intera giornata? Come per incanto, svaniscono nella preziosa busta di satin che si estrae dalla tasca esterna della trousse e si stacca facilmente così da avere, in un’unica soluzione, una shopper portascarpe e una pochette in abbinato alle ballerine Cocorose London!
